The right resources, at the right time.

Get Started

When patients arrive, they are often inflamed, undernourished, or in pain. The basics of biology have been crowded out, and the body cannot repair what it cannot afford.

A hierarchy of care

Foundation up.

The foundation carries the weight. Each layer that follows is a tool we reach for when biology needs more help.

01

Foundations

Diet. Fitness. Rest. Purpose.

02

Targeted supplementation

Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, calibrated to your bloodwork and your goals.

03

Therapeutic interventions

Peptides. Exosomes. PRP. Red light. Shockwave. Ozone. Hyperbaric oxygen.

04

Medical procedures, surgeries, pharmaceuticals

Surgery. Prescription medication. Advanced imaging.

What care includes

Every plan starts here.

The depth and pace are calibrated to you. The components below are the floor, not the ceiling.

75 to 90 minute initial consultation with a board-certified physician
Comprehensive lab panels across hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and nutrient status
Written protocol with priorities, timeline, target metrics, and pricing in clear language
Coordinated access to peptide, hormone, regenerative, and recovery therapies
Direct messaging with your clinical team between visits
Quarterly review with re-testing and plan adjustments
Annual deep dive: re-test, recalibrate, recommit to what works

Common questions

Questions patients ask.

How long is the first visit?

A first visit runs 75 to 90 minutes. We take a full history, review prior labs, and map priorities before recommending anything. The pace is unhurried by design.

What happens after the consultation?

You receive a written protocol with priorities, timeline, target metrics, and pricing in clear language. You decide what to begin, and when.

Do I have to start at the foundation level?

Not always. For patients in acute pain or chronic inflammation, we often start higher on the hierarchy, relieving enough pain and inflammation that the foundation becomes reachable again.

How often will I be seen?

Check-ins at four and eight weeks, then quarterly review with re-testing. The plan evolves as your labs improve and your symptoms shift.

What makes this different from a conventional clinic?

Most clinics offer one kind of care well. Bluetail brings conventional, functional, and regenerative medicine into a single plan, sequenced for the patient in front of us.

A physician-led model that brings conventional, functional, and regenerative medicine into one plan.

Bluetail combines board-certified internal medicine with peptide therapy, hormone optimization, regenerative interventions, and recovery protocols. Most clinics offer one of these well. We bring all of them, sequenced for the patient in front of us.
