Getting started

What new patients ask in the first call.

Do I need a referral?

No. We see patients directly. If you have records from a referring provider, please bring them, but a referral is not required.

How long is the first visit?

Plan for 75 to 90 minutes. We review your full medical history, current concerns, prior labs, and goals before discussing options. The first visit is intentionally unhurried.

Can I see you by telehealth?

Yes for follow-ups, intakes, and many consultative visits. Some interventions (PRP, exosomes, HBOT, in-office labs) require an in-person visit at one of our clinics.

Will I see the same provider every visit?

Yes. You're paired with a primary clinician who manages your care. Other providers may join for specific procedures, but continuity sits with one person.

Cost & coverage

We try to be plain about price and what insurance does and doesn't cover.

Do you take insurance?

We are out of network. We can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for partial reimbursement. Many of our protocols (PRP, peptides, exosomes, certain hormone therapies) are not insurance-covered regardless of network.

What does a typical visit cost?

The new patient consult is a flat fee, listed on our pricing page. Subsequent visits are billed by complexity. All procedure costs are quoted in writing before you commit.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes for multi-session protocols above a threshold. Please ask the front desk about terms.

Treatments

Common questions about our regenerative, hormonal, and metabolic protocols.

Are PRP and exosomes safe?

Both have strong safety profiles when administered by trained clinicians. PRP uses your own blood. Exosomes used in our practice are sourced from FDA-registered laboratories with documented quality controls. We discuss risks specific to your case before any procedure.

How is hormone optimization different from TRT clinics?

We start from a full clinical picture (thyroid, sex hormones, adrenal axis, sleep, nutrition) and build a protocol that addresses what's actually moving. We do not use single-axis dosing as a default and we monitor labs throughout treatment.

Is GLP-1 weight loss right for everyone?

No. We screen for underlying causes (thyroid, gut, hormonal) before recommending GLP-1. For some patients, the right step is metabolic correction first.

Your visit

What to expect in the office.

What should I bring?

Recent lab work (within 12 months if available), a list of current medications and supplements, and any imaging or specialist notes relevant to your concerns. We can also pull records on your behalf if you sign a release.

Can I bring a partner or family member?

Yes. Many patients bring a partner to the first visit. We have private waiting and consult rooms.

Results & followup

How we monitor and adjust.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on the protocol. Hormone changes are often noticed within 4 to 8 weeks. Regenerative protocols (PRP, exosomes) typically show effect over 6 to 12 weeks. Metabolic and weight changes are tracked monthly with labs.

How often will we follow up?

Most protocols include a 4 to 6 week check-in, then quarterly visits with labs in between. We adjust cadence based on how you're responding.

Privacy & records

How we handle your information.

Where do you store records?

In a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. You have access to your full chart through our patient portal. Lab results, imaging, and visit notes are uploaded as they come in.

Can I get a copy of my records?

Yes, at any time. Submit a records request through the portal or in writing and we'll send a complete copy within 10 business days.

Still have questions?

If your question isn't covered here, write us. We answer every new patient inquiry within one business day.
