From first note to first visit.

Our intake is designed to be unhurried. The first conversation is about fit, not commitment. If Bluetail is not the right place for what you need, we will say so and point you somewhere that is.

Send the form, call, or email. We respond within one business day with next steps and a few questions to prepare for the first call.

A short call.

Twenty minutes by phone with our care coordinator. We learn what is going on, you learn how we work, and together we decide whether to schedule a full consultation.

First visit.

A 90 minute consultation with a clinician. Labs where useful. You leave with a working plan, not a prescription pad.
